Michael Nash started his career in jewelry while at Sarah Lawrence College and started his own costume jewelry company, Nash & Nash. After 12 years, he was named Creative Director of Givenchy Jewelry, and after several years went on to start a home accessory company, Mike & Ally, specializing in all types of home accessories. Some 12 years later he went back to his jewelry roots and became Director of Product Development for jewelry and home décor for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. After 10 years at the Met, he accepted the position of Director of Product Development for jewelry and accessories for Tory Burch, and in 2017 went on to start Michael Nash Jewelry Consulting.
